Since charter the club has been a pioneer in the service. In the first year, the club organized a major Polio Corrective Surgery and Rehabilitations Camp at Aligarh under the aegis of Rotary foundation and Notional Polio pulse committee which was continued for 2nd year also. In both Camp more than 165 patients were operated and around 200 polio affected children were rehabilitated. the club has been working in all avenues for Rotary cause and had been honored with R.I Presidential Citation every year since Charter.

Besides the dream project to establish a world class blood bank at Aligarh. The club member take an active part in Polio eradication program of Rotary at Club and  District level. The club has been working in Muslim's slums area, where the majority of community is illiterate and has very poor hygienic conditions, since last so many years. Every year to foster the International friendship and fellowship the club host the GSE Team, visiting Rotarian from other countries, mainly from USA, Canada, South Africa etc etc..
